Hello dear readers! We’re back with a new article. Where are we taking you this time? To Adrasan’s mysterious secret, Bat Cave Bay! Adrasan captivates us not only with its bays but also with the secrets hidden in nature.

On your boat tours or diving adventures, experienced guides will lead you to this unique cave. While swimming inside, you can capture stunning photos and observe the bats’ natural habitat clinging to the ceiling.

We feature the most unexplored and lesser-known bays for you. For example, Gemleyik Bay and Akseki Bay perfectly exemplify this. We decided to add Bat Cave Bay to that list as well.

Where Is Bat Cave Bay?

Adrasan Bat Cave Bay

Bat Cave Bay is located about 7 km from Adrasan. If we say it lies between Ceneviz Bay and Akseki Bay, that may help you picture it.

How to Get to Bat Cave Bay?

Access to the cave is only possible by sea. Unfortunately, land access cannot be achieved due to the cave’s location and rugged terrain. However, if you are experienced in mountaineering or trekking, you can overcome this challenge with the right equipment and preparation.

This journey is quite demanding and not recommended for everyone. So think twice before suddenly saying, “Let’s explore this cave on foot!”

Bat Cave Diving

This bay is situated immediately after the no-diving zone. In other words, you can fully indulge in diving at Bat Cave Bay. It’s renowned as an exceptional diving spot.

As soon as the dive boat arrives, it anchors to a mooring buoy placed in the water. Those wishing to scuba dive descend to around 30 meters. As they ascend from that depth, they find the extraordinary entrance of Bat Cave at about 13 meters.

Once you step inside, turn on your lights and proceed through a wide gallery. Upon reaching the water’s surface, you’ll encounter bats hanging from the ceiling. The cave exit is a bit further on, through a narrow tunnel close to the surface.

If you’re a diving expert, you can also charter a private boat. For private boat arrangements, we highly recommend contacting Beyhan Atalay of Yakamoz Boat at 0539 488 13 03, whom we’ve personally used and been very satisfied with, to discuss bay and transport details.

That concludes our introduction to Bat Cave Bay. We hope the information has been helpful. Wishing you many wonderful adventures—farewell…
