About Paragliding in Olimpos
If you take the cable car from Olimpos to the summit of Mount Tahtalı, you should consider surrendering yourself to the arms of freedom. Tahtalı is one of Turkey’s highest launch points for paragliding.
The unique feeling of gliding above the clouds allows you to experience the sensation of flying freely like a bird. This impressive experience lasts on average 45 minutes, but can vary between 30 and 60 minutes depending on weather conditions and the flyer’s weight.
If you are experiencing paragliding for the first time, there’s no need to worry. Your flight is conducted under the guidance of Turkey’s most experienced national pilots.
However, this unique experience comes at a higher price. Flight prices start at 2,200 TL and can go up to 2,900 TL.
Paragliding Details in Olimpos
The tour, which departs from regions such as Belek, Antalya, Beldibi, Göynük, and Kemer, offers a paragliding experience from Olympos Tahtalı Dağı’s unique altitude of 2,365 meters. On this extraordinary mountain in Antalya, you will witness the untouched coves of the Mediterranean, ancient cities, and the welcoming beauty of Beydağları National Park from above during a tandem paragliding flight. After a 10-minute cable car ride with our experienced tandem pilots, you will explore the skies for an adrenaline-filled 45 minutes. Following the flight, you will return to the starting point.
Flight Schedule
Under stable weather conditions, takeoff and landing times are adhered to as scheduled. However, delays at takeoff or landing may occur due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Video and photo recordings, as well as souvenirs related to the tandem flight, are available at an extra cost.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, our company will not offer compensation to guests.
- Tickets purchased by guests are non-transferable.
- Participants under 18 years of age require parental consent.
General Participation Requirements
- Maximum weight is 110 kg for male participants and 90 kg for female participants.
- Maximum height limit is 200 cm.
- Participants must be at least 4 years old.
Health and Equipment Information
- Paragliding is not recommended for those with heart, respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric health issues.
- Participants should wear comfortable sports shoes. All other equipment will be provided by us.
Flight Duration
Flight duration is not fixed and may vary according to weather conditions and the participant’s weight.
Landing Area The main landing zone is the Tekirova public beach. For group reservations, landing at hotel beaches may be possible, but this is not guaranteed.
